The companion article in this issue, "A simple, robust algorithm for seismic net pay estimation" (hereafter referred to as Net Pay 07) outlines a method to estimate net pay from band-limited impedance seismic data. The objective of this second article is to describe a procedure to estimate the uncertainty of these net pay predictions.
